1. Payment

• All pre-orders require immediate credit card payment at the time of purchase.
• Orders will not be processed or confirmed until full payment has been received.

2. Collection

• Pre-ordered shirts are available for collection only at the Australian Cotton Conference.
• Collection details, including dates and location, will be provided in the lead-up to the event.
• Shirts will not be shipped before or after the Conference.

3. Exchanges

• Size exchanges will be accommodated where possible, subject to stock availability at the Conference.
• Exchanges cannot be guaranteed due to the limited-edition, custom-produced nature of the shirts.

4. Faulty Items

• Faulty garments will be replaced or repaired in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• Faults must be reported during the Conference collection period or as soon as practicable thereafter.

5. Change of Mind

• As all shirts are custom made to order, change-of-mind returns, cancellations or refunds are not accepted.

6. Order Cut-Off

• Orders must be submitted before the published cut-off date.
• Late orders cannot be accepted once production has commenced.
